Intermediate Spanish

The Intermediate Spanish students have been learning through conversation, stories, active listening, role-play and games. These alert and inquisitive students have a good start on some of the more difficult concepts of Spanish. During the second trimester we will include more written work and will build our miniature houses.

Vocabulary:  review of adjectives to describe people,  clothing,  more family members, other people, action words, food, expressions for ordering in a restaurant, weather, question words

Grammar concepts:  Continued review of previous grammar concepts, verb forms (conjugations) of new action words, indefinite articles (the four ways to say “a”), all forms of the verb “to be,” forming questions and negative statements
